Quinta das Lameiras Village

Quinta das Lameiras Village extends over a total area of 25 hectares (61.8 Acres), allowing an urban design of low density. A touristic project with 108 plots of land for individual villas fully built out of wood, glass and a typical stone from the area, the stone of Schist, all emerging in an abundant, already existing and carefully preserved vegetation, where rare species of delicate flowers exhibit a symphony of enchanting colors. Quinta das Lameiras Village will dispose of a community center: Boutique Hotel, Health Club with Pool & SPA, a Restaurant, Designed Gardens, and the Maison D´Artiste, a cultural space dedicated to art, painting, sculpture, cinema, and exhibitions. Figueiró dos Vinhos is located in the district of Leiria, known for its natural beauty, lush landscapes, rivers, beaches and forests. It’s close to urban centers as Coimbra, Tomar, Castelo Branco, Porto and Lisbon.
